A vacancy now exists for a full time, permanent Truck Driver to commence work with our client within their agricultural operation located south of the Queensland border between Moree and Garah, New South Wales. Consisting of a large rotational cereal cropping and beef cattle feedlot establishment, this privately owned company grows their own commodities over a large end-to-end farming operation and enjoys unprecedented experience and expertise feed lotting their large capacity feedlot consisting of Black Angus, Angus Cross, and a Wagyu Composite herd.
Reporting to management, the successful Truck Driver will join this dynamic team environment ultimately offering a transferrable skill set to the role. Operating the company’s T909 2021 model Kenworth with tippers, the successful truck driver will appreciate that this role is a ‘residential role’, therefore could expect to be home each night only having trips of between 200 to 300 kilometers at any one time. Carting grain, hay, cotton seed and at times flat topping machinery as necessary, this position calls for a Truck Driver who has at least five previous years of experience behind the wheel. A background in maintenance will be viewed favourably as will the physical ability of the individual to roll tarps and climb up and down trailers as required.
Single accommodation is provided with the flexibility of either working a 5 on, 2 off roster or a 10 on, 4 off roster. The remuneration rate will be above the award and competitive within the industry according to skill and experience brought to the role. The Truck Driver will supply their own food and cater for themselves. Shortlisted candidates may, at the request of our client, be requested to supply a copy of their current driving history check and a National Police Check.

Permanent truck driver required on the Darling Downs – carting grain, fertiliser & general.
A permanent, full time Truck Driver’s position now exists with a local contracting company based at Pittsworth, a centrally located rural hub on the Darling Downs. Operating a Kenworth T610SAR with 2 x tippers, the successful Truck Driver will be required to cart grain and fertiliser from rural properties on the Darling Downs region, northern New South Wales and to the port of Brisbane. In addition, the truck driver will be required to travel away with our client’s contracting team for harvest.
The successful Truck Driver will:
An hourly rate of $35 / hour (negotiable based on experience) applies, which can be further discussed with our client upon interview. Accommodation is not provided; therefore, applicants should be local to the Darling Downs region. Our client has advised that the truck may be taken home if it suits and when working away from home, accommodation will be in the truck. A meal allowance will apply for overnight work.

Join the team on this cropping property in Northwest NSW for 2024 planting season!
A casual position now exists for a Cook to join a planting crew commencing immediately and running through until mid-June 2024. The position is located on our client’s dryland cropping property located on the Kamilaroi Highway between Walgett and Narrabri, northwestern New South Wales.
The Cook will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering meals for up to 20 people (this number can vary). At times, breakfasts will be required however smoko and lunch will be prepared for the staff to collect at the beginning of their shift & take with them and an evening meal would either be taken to the paddock or eaten in the lunchroom area.
This position is best suited to a traveller looking for short term work & someone that has cooking experience in a similar environment. A caravan can be accommodated for and utilise power & water during the term of planting, alternatively single accommodation could be provided. If the Cook is travelling with a partner, a possibility of some light farm duties could exist depending on experience and by negotiation with our client.
The daily remuneration rate will ultimately be negotiated depending on experience with no set hours in place.

A position now exists for a full-time truck driver to commence work with a mixed cropping and livestock operation surrounding the St George / Roma region. St George is a rural township servicing the local wheat, sheep, beef, and cotton industries and sits right on the Balonne River. St George is 5.5 hours drive west of Brisbane 4 hours west of Toowoomba. With Dirranbandi to the south & Surat to the north, this thriving community provides many essential services and is situated in an idyllic rural Queensland location.
The Role:
The successful candidate can expect to primarily be carting livestock from St George and Roma to Kilcoy in the South Burnett and down to Tamworth in northern New South Wales on a regular basis. In addition, grain is taken from the properties at St George to the GrainCorp depot and gravel is carted locally. At times if required, other machinery operating may be required of a grader or tractor however truck driving is the predominate role.

Scrub work required – grader / loader / dozer – working cattle stations in the WA Pilbara region.
Situated on the Western Australian coastal Pilbara region is our client’s cattle stations where a suitably experienced Plant Operator is required to commence work. Primarily operating a CAT M150 Grader, the operator will be required to grade roads on the cattle stations and clear fence lines as well as attend to bore / pipe work with the operation of a dozer, loader and tip truck being required at times.
The successful Plant Operator should be quite self sufficient in not only operating this heavy machinery, but to be capable of carrying out basic maintenance repairs remotely. Some camping out may be required. There is an option of either a short, 4-month employment term or ideally, a full-time role as the Plant Operator for this pastoral company.
Single accommodation in addition to all meals are supplied. This is a large, working cattle station therefore NO DOGS are permitted to be brought onto the property. Remuneration rates will be ultimately determined by our client upon the candidate being successfully short listed for a position.
