• REMUNERATION: $250 - $300 per day negotiable based on experience - FULL TIME 

Located within half an hour’s drive to the south of Rolleston, this family-owned cattle company provides for a herd averaging 2,500 head of mixed breeding stock.

A position now exists for an Experienced Station Hand to join this small yet dynamic team working in a full-time capacity and being based on the property.

To be successful within this role, you will present with previous experience working on a cattle property as a Station Hand and have over time developed the ability to meet the required essential skills criteria for this position.

Essential Skills:

• The ability to capably muster cattle using horses or motorbikes
• Advanced yard processing skills
• Ability to capably operate a grader and dozer
• Fence repairs and maintenance
• Machinery repairs and maintenance
• Animal health and husbandry skills
• A defined view to longevity within this position.

Single or couple accommodation is available on the property with part time station work for a partner being a possibility based on skills and experience. Power to the accommodation and a monthly meat allowance will form part of the overall remuneration package for the successful Experienced Station Hand.
